The lower floors are intended for offices, services and common rooms, gym, classrooms, game room and other activities; and the 3 upper floors where users are located according to their condition, creating living units. The rooms are very bright, double or single, all with adapted bathrooms. It has a large garden area outside, and is close to public transport.
